Remember - your examination report is negotiable:
A Letter of Understanding and AGREEMENT - requires your AGREEMENT.
So does a Document of Resolution
So does an Examiner Finding.
While in the end you may need to agree to something - and it may actually help operations, you need to guard against agreeing to something that requires too much avoidance of risk and/or cost.
